The company is run by the husband and wife team, Leah Durig and Mikey Griffen. Leah is a self-taught designer who has been in the business for over 14 years. She designs and crafts each piece in her home studio while Mikey is the tech and sales guru. They reside in Cincinnati with their two kids, Scout and Finlay, dogs, Henry and Walter, and big fluffy kitty, MJ.
